Suggested Imbuement Option Not Available Outside Game

In the recent shop update, the (really neat) feature of suggesting a target ability for an imbued item was added, allowing build makers to annotate and hint to autobuy which ability should be imbued by the item automatically However, when making the build, this option is unavailable if you're editing the build from the menu. You can only set a suggested imbue if you're actively in a "game," as in you are in any setting in which you embody a fixer, whether that be in training, empty map, or a match.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the game
2. Select Heroes
3. Select a hero of your choice
4. Swap to the Builds tab
5. Click Edit if the current build is your own. Otherwise, click Copy & Edit
6. Find an imbued item in the build and click on it. The option to assign a suggested imbued ability for it will be missing from the options card for the item.
