Bug happened on two different public matches, only have match ID from one:

Gamestart: Camera flickering rapidly between zoom/unzoom.
Right click (default zoom) does nothing.
Melee stops the flickering momentarily, resumes after animation finishes.
Parry permanently leaves camera in zoom.
Tried to play with it for a match, but couldn't zipline.
Left match thinking I could rejoin (I could not).
Started new match, same starting issues.
Closed client, restarted computer, returned to game, still stuck in zoom.
Joined private bot lobby, no issues.
Very confused and now I'm temp banned so I can't test for another 30 minutes.
Screenshots don't really show any thing, I tried getting one during flickering but it does not show the screen tearing.
