Stuck on loading = 30 min ban

When playing in party game was found I get stuck on loading, when i press ESC, it show that I'm in spactate mode, so I leave. Then I got back to stuck on loading so I press ESC and leave again. Then game sometimes crash... When i want to join back I can't and get message about 30 minutes ban.

Exactly the Same additionally, There was no consequence warning if you leave.
