Stuck on Initiate 2 despite playing 50+ games

I've been assigned the Initiate 2 rank, but despite 50+ games played after the initial placement, I can never rank up or down playing solo. Whenever I play solo I get matched against Initiate 2's, when I play with my friends whose ranking actually works, we get matched with other ranks.

Same here, also stuck on Initiate II. Started playing a few weeks ago at the same time as my partner, and he's already several ranks ahead of me. We've played most of our matches together, and in the same match he will rank up but I won't, even in matches where I am MVP. Looking at the forums, it seems like this affecting quite a few people, so hopefully Valve notices and looks into it.
