What Happened: While I was dead, i was watching a Wraith's interface, and using Tab + Mouse I hovered on one of their active items to see what it did.
The interface element got stuck in my screen and I only got rid of it minutes later when I tried to buy something at a shop. Its possible if I tried to use the shop before, it would have gotten unstuck faster.
