Got banned because of crashing bug

So, I got this bug where the game just freezes and black screen.

I tried to restart the game, but it got stuck into "Downloading Content 0%" forever. After a while I found that this has to be with the with some corrupted files, I deleted those. Game starts to download again.

I come back to the match with that red sign at the top of the screen. I win the match with my teammates.

Got into a low priority queue (yes this already happened before). and got banned until tomorrow.

Such an incredible experience

The game is in alpha, I get it, there will be lots of bugs. So letting me contest unfair punishments would be the least you could do, right? otherwise people will do exactly what I did, uninstalled this joke.

Doing the exact same thing over here. I was bouncing around different accounts because of improperly getting banned due to game crashes. Its wild how widespread this has become with no Developer response.

having exactly the same issue, i looked around and found a few solutions such as lowering ram speed or moving files around but none of it worked for me, worst part is low prio q is always is EU servers for some reason which means i constantly get over 200 ping and its near unplayable. Hopefull there is some way to appeal this
