Stuck inside Ivy (Can't perform any actions)

Just played a game where Ivy twice used Stone form on me as Apollo. Both times, I was stuck inside her, getting dragged around with her, unable to perform M1 attacks, spells, movement, or any actives. Attached are both instances of this happening. (Sorry for medal links, hope it's okay)

Been trying to replicate this on the practice range, I think it only happens on apollo? (couldnt replicate it, someone elese should look into it though, seems like a serious issue if abusable)

ive been able to replicate it multiple times through warp stone, drifter tp, and simple elevation

I think this bug also happens with Lash, maybe its abilities that drag down the player, tho its definetly more rare in Lash, only happened to me once with him, i also managed to get out of it somehow not sure how, could someone try it on Abrams ult on an airborne player? If it does happen then yeah its something to do with dragging down players
