Stuck in wall using shiv's ult.

When on an elevated platform and enemy was on a lower ground, using Shiv's ult got me stuck in the ground. When i tried to use the unstuck or suicide button on the esc menu, nothing happened.

Can confirm, when he jumps at the target he passes through level geometry, so if the target moves behind a wall before the ult connects Shiv can get stuck inside the wall or fall outside of the map
