The same issue occured for me today. Played as Kelvin. Infernus stucks in the wall on his base after the fight(probably after Kelvin ult). MatchID 163 887 Time Stamp: 71:51. Watch the attached video for more information.

Happened in my game as well. Match ID 2463094. Timestamp about 12 minutes 15 seconds. Look at vindicta or kelvin
