spectral wall in new bases sometimes clip/place Weird

the wall placed like so:





both times, it's like the wall placed at the outside street level and then only had about one average Hero height popping out from the ground. most other walls placed fine, but weird that it happened twice in one match

As a side note, this also happens on the bridge in the middle of the blue lane if walled off at the right time. The wall clips through the bridge and creates a ledge that can be jumped over, etc.
