Approximately 18 minutes into the game
I was playing Seven and went back to the shop in the main base. I tried clicking an item (I think "Close Range"). Clicking items would make the buy sound but nothing would happen. I tried selling items and the popup menu seems functional, but again nothing happened.
I exited the menu and realized I could not move my character. Most of the UI remained static at the time the bug occurred. Exceptions are things like the events on the left of the screen (kills, urn events), which never cleared and scrolled off the bottom of the screen. Souls gain graphics would also pop up, as well as kill streaks underneath the heroes.
I could hear all the usual sounds, like people dying or objectives being achieved. I was also able to text chat with other players.
Ultimately the game ended and I was sent to the summary screen with no other issues.
