Stuck in match after ended

Killed enemy patron, got to the ending stats screen, then was presented with the option to rejoin which threw me back into said match after it was over, with no HUD and the inability to leave without being hit by an abandon penalty.

In addition, a few members of the enemy team were also here.

i didnt get the game id now i cant reconnect to get it. but had the same thing happen an hour ago more or less
