Stuck in map, then teleporter.

Last night in a RANKED game i got stuck on the character loading, then under map, then to the teleporter, buy the time a ivy saved me i was down 10k souls ending the game in 12 minutes. Any way to get this match removed from my ranked record? or does anyone know the cause? was playing infernus. suicide or unstick buttons had no effect. and thank you ivy
