stuck in initate 1

this seems to be a problem only i am having but my rank isn't changing past initiate 1 I've won almost all of my matches recently literally going on a 7 game win streak but no change, I've looked on statlocker and it says based on my games i should be seeker 1 but still in game it shows initate 1, with all the friends ive played with they have all ranked up and are moving up but not me.

try playing with more heros that worked for me
i had the same problem.
does not matter if you lose or win with them, just play with them
