Stuck in goo ball visual bug

I died in goo ball form and respawned still as goo ball (visually). Other people could not see it.

This also occurred in a stream I was watching: https://www.twitch.tv/vegas/clip/SaltyDelightfulCroquetteUnSane-AuUYCKeCK8aOPLo5 . In here he did not die.

If you die while in Ult form as Viscous, you can get stuck in the Ult Goo Ball form. When you respawn you will still have the Goo Ball around you, but also have a normal character inside it that can move around and attack like normal. However you can't see because the Goo Ball ult is blocking your vision

Abandoned the game because it was unplayable

Randomly, when i used goo ball and the duration of it ran out my character got stuck in goo ball form. The camera wasnt zoomed out so the big Goo Ball blocked a lot of my screen.
