Sorry for title, i don't know how to title it.
I have a lot of lag if i use my home ISP (70-200-1200 ping) but if i use a tethered connection from my phone it works fine.
Also, due to lag i sometimes get stuck like the image below at the beginning of the match and have to quit the game and rejoin the match to get unstuck
