when the street brawl started a player immediately dc'd causing the game to soft lock. nobody could do anything except open the pause menu. and i got a penalty because i had to dc out of the game. i even used my priority token that game because i wanted to try out the newly released graves.

this has also happened to me. player dc'd at just the right time during startup and the match was soft-locked until the abandon timer expired.
