I was picking Capacitor as my item but I clicked on the bonus Heroic Aura because I was hovering it to make sure it was the right item. I think because Heroic is also being offered in this shop it bugged out and just gave me Heroic. My mouse wasn't being captured while scrolling over the item, but if you watch the frame that I select the item it was hovering over the bonus Heroic over the capacitor.
