Street Brawl: The game thinks [Enhanced] Compress Cooldown is Superior Cooldown.

It has happened to me twice, so I believe this bug is consistent.
If you get [Enhanced] Compress Cooldown (+28% CDR on an ability)
It will upgrade to Transcendent Cooldown (+25% CDR on abilities and items)

Which is a downgrade compared to the Enhanced Tier 2 item, and a massive downgrade compared to [Enhanced] Transcendent (+40% CDR on all abilities and +35% on items)

The UI part saying "upgrades from superior cooldown" has nothing to do with it. It's just how it looks in the shop. It will show there regardless of whether you have Compress Cooldown, superior cooldown, or none.

The bug itself is just that when upgrading the item, it's not enhanced as it should be. I believe it's not the only item that has this bug when upgrading.
