After joining a Street Brawl game, a player immediately disconnected and made the match unplayable. None of the HUD elements appeared to select an item and no one could move, we could only all chat. After typing killme in the console the game will put you on the zipline onto the lane after respawning, but it will show you the item selection UI with no selectable items, as well as oddities such as "Option 0 of 0" with no rerolls.
