As title says: When you get to rounds 4/5 in Street Brawl where your slots are capped, you're given the option to exchange an owned item for the new item you want. If you attempt to do this on an item that you had upgraded from another item earlier in the match (Most often T2 items upgraded from round 1's T1 item), it will instead downgrade the item to its initial form, and not give you the item you tried to get, on top of keeping the options on the roulette hidden so that you're forced to either reroll (to more often than not worse options), or to outright skip the item if you don't have a reroll left
Not only is this bug extremely frustrating, as getting screwed out of the item you wanted to have feels terrible (especially when it's a legendary item, or an enhanced T4). But it also often results in you having to rush your choice as you react to the new roulette spin from a reroll, potentially making you make a bad choice just so you're ready for the round, or making you take a ton of extra damage once you fly off the zipline while still in the menu, just because you weren't given what you chose when you tried to select it
