Street Brawl - Omnicharge Signet Disappeared

During a match of Street Brawl (52519591), in the item selection phase of round 5, i got an omnicharge signet as an item, chose it, ubt cancelled during the "imbue" step of the item. It then did not let me choose any item and i had to reroll. (The barrels of the revolver were completely blank). I was playing Paige

I have also experienced this. I checked the basic duration extender imbue in a different game and it correctly sent me back to the selection of the three items. When I cancelled the Omnicharge Signet imbue selection I experienced exactly what OP experienced, I was playing Vindicta (I misread and was sad I coudln't imbue my ultimate). For me however, I did not have a reroll and I got it on round 4 so I was just missing an item slot for that round.
