Behaviour: If Rem uses Prism Blast, all abilities will be marked as on cooldown while the effect is active. However, it should normally show cooldowns normally after the effect ends. However 'Tag Along' (2) will go on full cooldown, even if it was ready before Prism Blast is activated.
If Tag Along was already on cooldown, it will restart the cooldown.
The cooldown it gets set to is the cooldown timer on Tag Along (after cooldown reductions and T1)
