When I upgraded sprit and bullet life steal into leech I got two copies of titanic magazine at the same time.
Also sprit life steal was enhanced but leech wasn't.

Another weird item incident. I got extended magazine then upgraded to titanic magazine but kept extended magazine.

EDIT: Also in this match our Sinclar loaded in late so we all just sat in silence for over thirty seconds until he loaded in.
