Street Brawl appears to affect Skill Rating.

Street brawl appears to affect Skill Rating over a large number of matches, but this is not updated on your profile until you play a normal 6v6 match. In my experience this change in skill rating has only ever been positive, increasing my rating by a full division, despite consistent losses in 6v6. (Archon 6 --> Phantom 1).

I assume this obfuscation and change in skill rating is intentional, but to my understanding it has been officially stated that Street Brawl does not affect rank, hence this report.

It's not street brawl, ranks dynamically change often. Your rank is relative, so when new players join, they populate the low ranks, and push everyone else that already plays the game higher.
