Strange interaction with Haze Ult and Magic Carpet (Unintended?)

While Haze is channeling her ult she can activate magic carpet and move slowly. The issue here is that you can then cancel bullet dance and fly away at normal speed on magic carpet. Not sure if this is entirely intended as magic carpet does not become cancelled as the tooltip states abilities cannot be used while on the carpet.
