Strafing backwards prevents ultimate from being used

This is potentially just a hardware issue for me and would appreciate replies testing whether this is or isn't a bug.

Pick any hero
Pick any location on your choice of map
Press S and your choice of A or D
Press the 4 button on your keyboard
When you attempt to activate your ultimate, does it activate? Yes or No

Your ability to assume astounds me, and I wish you luck on your completely inability to get a girlfriend.

Could you provide any examples? Or put more than zero effort in to confirm or deny the existence of the bug? For someone who wants all the details, you don't seem to provide many yourself.
