Steam pipe prop glitch / Ivy and Paradox exploit

If a player climbs on top of any of the steam pipes in the map, they can briefly get stuck on them with some of the characters.

With Ivy, she can use her Stone form to get launched away and still perform the slam as she lands. She can then combo this with her ultimate flying ability to essentially regain her old ultimate.

Paradox can also exploit this to trap the enemy in the pipe, although the enemy might be able to jump out of it?
