Steam Library Status Dupe for Friends

We have encountered a bug where after each game there will be created new entry in Friends Library, you can see it on screenshot.

Most likely it was created after each game. When I started there was already 2 copies of me in my friends list.
And after we played 3 games than went into Sandbox and left we noticed it created more copies of me for him.

Having the same issue here - usually starts with one name, and the longer I have the steam client open, the more the name will re-appear.
