this is what looks like
this clip shows taking control of mo krill and visibly tells it has 140+ hp, despite the original mo krill not getting any kill. +70 was from copying mo krill ult and killing mo krill, +70 from haze of this clip.

I've had the same and was going to post a bug report. Kind of really bad of a bug as you're actively helping the enemy team.

i noticed something while testing this, if you as sinclair steal mo n krills ult and dont use it and get ulted by mo n krill and die to the ult you also get 70 + more hp even though you just died. this effect dosent seem to go away at all, only way i got rid of it was in sandbox using the "reset hero" button. also the health regen sound for someone playes over and over again even if you are not healing
Was searching if someone has posted for this exact thing, most definitely intended I hope and should be fixed. In my experience the Sinclair seemed to also know about it and was boasting about the additional HP lol. A very different way of feeding since I just got targeted for a HP boost
