StatzGG's Deadlock section: hero builds, skill orders, tier list and more

Hi there! I figured I'd make a post here although it ain't exactly a clip, it might provide some good insight on individual heros...
After a lot of hard work I'm thrilled to tell you guys that the Deadlock section on our site is finally up and running.

How do We get our stats?

StatzGG only relies on real match data, and such is the case with the Deadlock section. We're utilizing a deadlock API endpoint to grab all the recent games, process the data, and present it in an easily digestible format. This means you can quickly check a hero's build right before a game, knowing exactly what final build you're looking to do and the currently best way to progress towards it, as well as how to level up skills for that specific build.

While stats such as hero win rate & pick rate are easy to get, calculating the individual hero builds was HARD. For comparison, games such as League of Legends have a maximum of 6 items in the final build while Deadlock has 16— almost triple the size of already a huge amount of possibilities (in the billions, since we have to take into account item purchase order as well).

  • 50k Games Analyzed: StatzGG has about 50,000 (Arcanist+ MMR) games analyzed.
  • Real-Time Updates: We update the data set about once a day, so stay tuned!

Quick Links to Get You Started

  • Haze Build: an example of a hero build page— the highest win-rate build followed with its item progression through early-mid-late game and exact skill leveling order. Right below it you can find up to 10 more trending builds that people have been playing (sorted by win-rate)
  • Hero Tier List & Stats: a display of Heroes placed within tiers from S+ to D, with a sortable stats table below it for the stats junkies out there.
  • Item Collection: a display of all the items currently available in the game, you can sort and search through them to find what you're looking for.

Coming Next

We'd like to provide an alternative approach to other build sites by granting you guys more granular statistics to explore. We have a few ideas for data expansion such as: data-sets per MMR/Rank, a builds page with up to 30 most popular builds, statistics for early/mid/late game item sets and much much more.

We're also starting to work on a player profile lookup functionality which won't require you to log in or sign up. Just input your name in a search box and explore information about your profile and match history!

Feedback

Consider that there is possibility of some data being incorrect since we just launched this yesterday. We're actively fine tuning the data processing algorithm, so if you spot an issue with a build, item progression or spell leveling orders please let us know!
