Staticky Audio

Audio is all staticky, it's unbearable to play, same bug I had with CS2 at launch, so I assume it's a source bug. I tried every solution I could find but nothing worked yet.

Reporting in saying I've also got this bug. The audio skips for everything, from the menu to sfx.
