Running on Steam Deck on Vulkan renderer, happens regardless of settings, I initially thought it was Ambient Occlusion but happens even with it disabled, looks like it's throwing NaN
On a renderdoc capture it looks like it's happening on the rimlight pass after deferred lighting
I can try to provide with a RenderDoc capture later but I have to set it up first on my device
