Splitshot bullet damage is not increased/multiplied by fixation stacks and defaults to minimum bullet damage even if on max stacks (see last 10secs where bullet damage goes from 34 per bullet to 8 per bullet with Splitshot active)
Splitshot bullet damage also rounds down to the lowest value/does not include decimals instead of the normal bullet damage (test with Infernus/wraith, default bullet dmg varies from 6-7, Splitshot stays at 6) -> This is more noticeable with more damage % items as the variation is bigger. Wowow
