Item similar to raindrop or vanguard in dota 2.
3k vitality item that lowers spirit damage instances above 200 by 150 with around 15 second or more cooldown. counter item vs talon/bebop/vindicta burst builds while leaving them not as strong vs dot/bullet damage.
Thought initially that it'd be 1.2k but lane might be far too easy. damage instance would have to be above that of most heroes abilities as to not ruin their lane but after purchases give an option to counter certain purchases/leveling match ups. The divine barrier is an option but i feel it blocking both types of damage seems less decision based and more of a catchall answer.
