As you can see on screenshots, Pocket's 2nd skill has a visible spirit scale of 1.1, but Mystic Shot has not (as well as all other items even with alt button held), which could be really useful
P. S. I calculated all spirit scales of the items presented in the shop (using spirit increase of Boundless Spirit):
Mystic Shot - 0.6
Spirit Strike - 0.39
Cold Front - 1
Slowing hex - 0.58
Torment Pulse - 0.18
Alchemical Power - 0.17
