Spirit resist being lost?

I had a street brawl match where i had a ton of spirit resist but i kept seeing myself get blown up by spirit damage. on checking the repla, EVERYONE was constantly losing spirit and bullet resist from things and never regaining them

On further looking into it, this seems to be a replay bug where it just forgets your stats when you jump to different time points and just resets them to 0%. Makes researching stuff hard cause the reason i looked into this was I was getting SHREDDED despite having 65% spirit res. it feels weird to build so tanky and still get deleted so i wanted to find out why

i've seen this plenty of times in my game. Where i buy over 50% resist and it only displays 25%
