Spirit Power scale is no longer visible on abilities UI

Steps to reproduce:

1. Press tab in game
2. Hover over any ability that scales of Spirit Power

Actual result:

• The scale factor (e.g. 0.5) is not visible. It shows up only when the user press alt button at the same time which results in alt+tab behavior. At the same time alt no longer allows to hover over the ability cause mouse is disabled.

Expected result:

• The scale factor is visible on every ability after pressing tab and hovering over it.

I agree, with the current effort to split alt and tab, with tab being the more detailed screen with pointer enabled, it needs the sp scaling from alt menu.

In the mean time, a workaround is holding tab and alt at the same time will show the spirit scaling.
