Spirit power items that ramp up in a fight

It would be nice to have some more spirit power items.
But the danger with raw spirit power is making spirit too bursty and ending a fight too quickly.
Therefore, executioner, and intensifying spirit (and an optional t4 combination item spectral zenith)

I don't know what you mean by this

Opening rounds deal more damage when target is above 50% health.

And Executioner deals more damage when target is below 50% health.

So they complement each other while being similar.
