Spirit Power from Arcane Surge doesn't work

After Dash-Jump and using any one the abilities, the ability's damage isn't buffed by the extra 20 Spirit Power.

i second this. its been a problem for a long time which is why it was hardly put in any builds, its so unnreliable.

i would also like to add to this that geist t3 ult has a similar "proc´d" spirit power buff when and it is equally as unreliable, which for a t3 ult kinda sucks!

im guessing its exactly the same mechanic since theyre both spirit buff proc´d after certain condition is met
