Camera shake when using the skills on Paradox

When using 3 abilities Kinetic Carbine (perhaps even all abilities paradox) It starts shaking the camera throughout the game when using abilities (possibly the model itself is buggy). The video demonstrates camera shaking (the game is completely clean, without mods or changes to the cfg file).
Arcane surge causes the same problem after charging the carbine and using the jump dash
