So Raven's 3d ability is still a WIP, this may be a great opportunity to introduce unique and fun skill from Dota to deadlock - Spiked Carapace. It will suit Raven's spy/assassin theme and help him with his kit.

Iron Curtain
Absorb incoming damage in next 0.3 (+ 0.01 spirit) seconds. Raven can not die the buff is active. Return damage to the hero that dealt the most damage after the buff ends.
30s CD

- T1 - 10s CD reduction
- T2 - Gain 20% speed bonus for 4 seconds after the buff ends
- T3 - Stun the enemy for 0.5 seconds

Alternative upgrades
- T3 - Returns damage to all heroes
- T3 - Silences the enemy for 4 seconds

Comments: Numbers for the damage window can be adjusted. The window makes the skill more agressive and works better with different gun types.

Thisd be better in raven feedback so its considered.

Also is it a skillshot or just like the item return fire?

I think itd be better for an assassin like character if it was just a skillshot that took a really long time to charge but absorbing damage decreases the charge time.
Because otherwise hes just gonna turn into a tank by default like Shiv with bloodletting. It would be better to allows him to still use the ability as a tank and as a spy playstyle. You could either use it as a snipe using invisibility or good positioning to hide as you charge it up or you could play into the tank build and use its absorption capabilities for survivability.

For me Raven feedback is marked as private, I am not sure I can write there

Deadlock heroes are versatile, probably you can build him both as tank and as assasin with extra sustain. Maybe cooldown can be adjusted (make CD 60s) so that it would not be the first choice for tank role. However even then I still see no problem with Raven being mix between tank and assasin.
