To Recreate: Cast a spell with the Spellslinger item equipped
Expected Behavior: An icon with a stack counter and duration will appear next to the hero's health bar.
Actual Behavior: No passive icon appears next to the hero's health bar.
Notes: Item otherwise works as intended, and even shows your fire rate increase in the temporary stats section in the bottom left of the UI.
