Spells that allow "deselect" cannot be deselected before a set time has past

it's not possible to rapidly deselect a spell after selecting it; it's only possible after a short delay. This is an issue for vindicta since she cannot do a fast 4 -> m1 -> 4 -> m1 to finish someone. The video shows 2 different spells exhibiting this same behaviour, as well as the specific case for vindicta 4. It is verý easy to replicate.
