Spectral Wall bug in secret passage to mid

I tried to wall off an enemy in the small passageway to midboss, but the wall didn't cover the whole passage allowing the enemy to get by and kill me
Pls fix

I've been trying to recreate this in the sandbox to no avail, I must have got so unlucky lol
