Imagine an active item which sends out an illusion of your hero. The illusion runs in a straight line to a target point and stands in place. The illusion appears to have your current health value, but when enemies attack it is destroyed after only a small amount of damage.
I imagine this item being a powerful tool for a tricky playstyle, but not being particularly overpowered against observant or experienced opponents. This item could be used to play mindgames, gives you an advantage while trying to escape by allowing you to lay false trails, and can be used to bait out ambushes by sending the illusion out when you know enemies are nearby.
A stronger version of the item might make the Hero temporarily cloaked after sending the illusion out. Or the illusion might 'burst' on destruction, giving damage or status effects to those that are standing nearby when the illusion pops.
