I think healing rite and majestic leap should be reworked into a tier 1 consumable. These item stat are meaningless but the active have so much utility with a bit of drawback to balance it out. I think they should remove the damage penalty which cancel healing or disable usage of both item and turn them into one time used quick lane sustain and quick engage or disengage tool instead. It other word a bailout tool causing players to make a decision between long term upgrade or a bailout to recover from any misstep.
Another reason I suggest this item change is because of item counter meta where a player buy an active item that have no synergy with their but heavily counter enemy player or let them do something that exceed their hero limit and focus which might make a game unfun. Though this might be my own bias from used to playing league where item build around champion role and ignore anything a champion cant utilize by itself, making every champion build from the same role feel samee. Coming to Deadlock what I find most refreshing is their very simple but also situational , making you always have to make a decision on which item should you build first. So when I feel like every hero always buy healing rite and sprint boot with no thought that is why i suggest thischange.
