R RAIGEKI Member Thursday at 7:31 AM #1 Spectral assistant just randomly goes on cooldown but doesn't do anything when you use it now. incredibly infuriating. Only noticed this start happening yesterday after Billy was added but noticed it happen multiple times per games since then.
