If a player respawns while spectating an ability that changes their FOV, the player will have their FOV stuck in that state until something else updates their FOV.
The most recent time this happened to me was at 21:26 in match # 25845411. I was spectating the Abrams on my team, and he ulted just before I respawned. This resulted in the FOV on my end being stuck in that zoomed out state until I died again.
I've also had this bug occur while spectating McGinnis' ult in the past.
