Spectating McGinnis ulting while dead breaks the camera after respawning

The video actually pretty clearly shows what happened.

Step one: Die.
Step two: Spectate someone playing McGinnis on your team.
Step three: Scroll up on the mouse to switch to the alternate camera mode that shows the crossair.
Step four: Watch as McGinnis uses her ultimate ability.
Step five: Respawn while McGinnis' ultimate is still active.
Step six: Observe that the camera is now much higher above the character than normal, much like it is for the McGinnis player when using her ult.

To fix the bug you must restart the game.
